Usage
Used for the treatment of narcolepsy, shift work sleep disorder, and excessive daytime sleepiness associated with obstructive sleep apnea.
Dosage
Conditions other than sleep disorder due to shift work, Spier is usually taken 1 time in the morning or 1time in the morning and again at noon/ midday.
Generally not recommended to be taken after 12noon,
Spier is a relatively long-acting drug with a 1/2 life of 15 hours, and taking it during the later part of the day carries a risk of sleep disturbances.
